Taunton Trace Homeowners Association was established as a not-for-profit corporation in 1981.

We are a 294 unit, Fee-Simple ownership, Town Home Community located on approximately 200 attractive acres of densely wooded land in Medford, New Jersey (also known as The Best Kept Secret in Medford).

The homes are located in 10 individual courts with common grounds that offer 3 lakes, a basketball court, tennis court and play areas for children. We are in the highly rated Lenape School District, close to shopping centers, 30 minutes from Philadelphia, and 1 hour from the Jersey Shore.

The Homeowners Association with the assistance of a Management Company are responsible for maintaining all common areas in a safe and aesthetic condition to standards that enhance the quality of life and property values for its residents. The HOA is also responsible for ensuring compliance by all property owners with the Covenants, By-Laws, and Homeowners Handbook.
